Orange Jordan recently signed a strategic agreement with Al Eqbal Real Estate Development and Hotels, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, Amman, as their telecom provider for the project.

The agreement was signed by Orange Jordan’s CEO, Thierry Marigny, and Executive Chairman of Al Eqbal Real Estate Development and Hotels, Tawfiq Shaker Fakhouri, in the attendance of the Chief Enterprise Officer at Orange Jordan, Sami Smeirat and the CEO of Al Eqbal Real Estate Development, Emad Kilani.

Orange Jordan will be providing The Ritz-Carlton Amman with the latest communications services, including secure, high-speed internet, fixed-line, mobile coverage, and mobile lines, in addition to vehicle tracking for hotel cars, bulk SMS, and MiFi for every room in the hotel. The MIFI service will enable future hotel guests to enjoy free internet service at any time while outside the premises, without having to worry about data roaming charges.

As for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Amman, Orange Jordan will provide a triple play service that includes different categories of high-speed internet at preferential rates, calls, IPTV, and WIFI for residences and public areas, for homeowners to enjoy an outstanding experience.

Marigny considers this new partnership an important one as it is being held with The Ritz-Carlton, Amman; a world class hotel, and one of the most luxurious resorts, stressing that the company will provide added value to guests to meet their needs, relying on the company’s services and experience in the communications sector, in addition to designing solutions to suit the requirements and aspirations of the hotel and its guests.

He added that this cooperation will enhance the operations of the hotel, ensuring the availability of all services to the guests using fast and effective communication solutions either for personal or business purposes, as this has become one of the most important aspects in what guests seek, embodying Orange Jordan’s comprehensive vision in all sectors represented in meeting user’s interest and providing the best services.

The agreement, Smeirat said, reflects the company’s comprehensive B2B schemes that provide businesses with the latest innovative solutions, the best networks, and the support required for growth.
